On Monday, Larry Disparti stopped by Unity Junior High, part of Cicero School District 99, to talk about his life’s journey to become an attorney and lead Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers.
As part of the school’s annual eighth-grade curriculum, community leaders and business people were invited into the school for a day, where they met students, networked with other business leaders, and discussed with classes their career paths.
“When I was your age, I started to realize how important grades were to my future. I attended high school and the junior college. I then decided to attend the University of South Florida,” Larry told students. He continued that, “it doesn’t matter where you go to school when it comes to being successful, it was all about how hard you work.”
Students asked questions about crazy laws in Illinois, opportunities he has been afforded in his current role, and of course, they all wanted to know how much money a lawyer makes.
“I had a great morning spending time with these students who will become leaders in the future. I look forward to coming back next year and meeting a new class of students,” Larry said.
