Kevin works within the Employment and Labor Practice at DLG. Prior to working at the Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, he worked at a reputable Plaintiff’s Injury firm in Chicago where he helped represent and manage clients in personal injury cases, medical malpractice, toxic torts, multidistrict litigation cases, and major trucking accidents.
He received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Loyola in Chicago where he focused his studies in advocacy and litigation and his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana where he focused his studies in Political Science and sociology.
As a law student, Kevin was selected to participate in an Employment Discrimination clinic where he conducted mediations with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Illinois Department of Human Resources. He also earned a certification in Advanced Trial Practices, where he learned a step by step process of conducting trials.
Kevin wants to help individuals who have been unfairly treated, in order to provide an opportunity to these people to better their situations and themselves. He is no stranger to hard work and hard times, and he opts to use his skills to help people in trouble.
