Abigail graduated from the University of Minnesota, followed by receiving a of Arts in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law School. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation, legal research, and advocacy.

During law school, Abigail served as a 711 Licensed Student Attorney with the Lawndale Christian Legal Center, representing clients in court and advocating on behalf of individuals involved in the juvenile and criminal legal system. She drafted motions, petitions, discovery, and legal memoranda, conducted extensive legal research, and participated in all phases of litigation. She also worked as a law clerk, assisting attorneys with complex litigation matters through legal research, trial preparation, discovery analysis, and case strategy.

Her diverse professional background has shaped a thoughtful and client-centered approach to advocacy, with a focus on protecting individual rights and achieving practical, meaningful results.

Abigail concentrates her practice in employment law with Disparti Law Group, where she represents employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and violations of state and federal employment laws.
