Kassidy attended undergraduate school at Loyola University Chicago where she received her bachelor’s degree in English with minors in Art History and Philosophy.
During her time at Loyola, Kassidy interned at a bank on the south side of Chicago, where she worked in the consumer loan department. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school Kassidy clerked for a local law firm that handled a range of civil cases. She also clerked for a judge who handled both criminal and small claims cases.
Kassidy spent the rest of her time in law school volunteering for a pro bono organization that helped victims of domestic violence obtain protective orders.
