Thomas G. Grace has more than 25 years of litigation experience.  Tom has represented clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts in Chicago and across the country.  He has represented clients in trial and pre-trial matters and argued at the appellate level before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Earlier in his carrier, Tom represented major corporations, insurance companies and financial institutions as an attorney with large law firms.  That experience gives Tom unique insight into the strategies and tactics of corporate defendants that he now applies to the benefit of his personal injury clients.

Tom graduated from DePaul University School of Law in 1992 where he served as the Managing Editor of Lead Articles of the DePaul Business Law Journal.  Tom graduated from Kenyon College with Distinction and is a Chicago native.  Tom is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Nevada and Texas and a member of the Northern District of Illinois Federal Trial Bar.

Tom is an active member of the Chicago community.  He supports the Chicago Police Department’s CAPs program, and regularly coaches youth basketball teams and trains young basketball prospects on Chicago’s west side.
