Education

Undergraduate degree from Towson University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. William is a member of the Florida Bar admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR).

Prior to joining Disparti Law Group, P.A., William represented consumer debtors on Bankruptcy claims, navigated his clients through a myriad of Federal issues involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy claims. William often appeared on his clients’ behalf in the Federal United States District Courts.
