Social Security Disability

ARE YOU UNABLE TO WORK?

If you have a disease, condition or disability that limits or prevents you from employment, you may be eligible to receive government assistance in the form of Social Security Disability benefits (SSD). SSD provides cash benefits on a monthly basis for persons who are totally disabled. In most cases you must be suffering from a condition that has or will prevent you from being employed for at least (12) twelve months or a condition that will result in your death. In applying for these benefits there may be several levels of appeal that must be pursued. A denial at any one level or a past denial may not disqualify you from receiving benefits. The Disparti Law Group, P.A. will take on your case and fight the government for you at any stage in your application for benefits.

If you are suffering from any of these conditions or any other condition that prevents you from work, you may be entitled to disability benefits:

Neck Problems Back Problems Arthritis
HIV/AIDs Asthma

Obesity

Digestive problems Headaches Diabetes
Depression Seizures Heart Problems
Breathing Problems Mental Illness

Fatigue

What are my attorney fees?

Attorney fees in SSD cases are based on a percentage of any amount recovered with a maximum fee amount that can be charged established by the Social Security Administration. The Social Security Administration must approve any attorney fee requests.

If you or a loved one is in need of legal assistance, call Disparti Law Group, P.A. toll free at (800) 633-4091 or submit an online questionnaire. The initial consultation is free of charge, and if we agree to handle your case, we will work on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid for our services only if there is a monetary recovery of funds. In many cases, a lawsuit must be filed before an applicable expiration date, known as a statute of limitations. Please call right away to ensure that you do not waive your right to possible compensation.
