Robert “Bo” Michael
Education
Graduate of St. Petersburg High School. Undergraduate degree from Stetson University in Sociology and History. Attended law school at the University of South Carolina where he was a recipient of the Strom Thurmond law school scholarship. He is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and a past member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association. He is also admitted in all Florida State Courts.

Professional Organizations
Prior to joining Disparti Law Group, P.A., Bo practiced in the litigation
department of a large firm in Tampa. During his twenty-two years as an attorney
he has acquired extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation.
He was one of the first attorneys in the state of Florida to become involved
in the silicone implant class action litigation. He served as a public defender
in Hillsborough County. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General under
Governor Charlie Crist.
He has extensive experience representing those who
have suffered serious injuries in automobile accidents. He has helped many
individuals who have been terminated from their place of employment or threatened
with termination. Bo has obtained multiple settlements in excess of a million dollars. Additionally, he has been featured on the local news on many occasions for his handling of high-profile cases.
He is a native of Tampa Bay and is also a member of numerous civic organizations,
and has helped the Leukemia society and All Childrens Hospital.
