Michael Blickensderfer, Esq.

Education

Mike Blickensderfer graduated from Ohio University with an undergraduate degree in business. Prior to going to law school, he worked at JFK Airport, in New York, New York, where he ran the cargo operations for several major airline carriers. He subsequently attended Seton Hall University School of Law, receiving his law degree. Mike is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern & Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court - Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Blickensderfer practices in the fields of Personal Injury, Insurance Law and Criminal Defense.

Mr. Blickensderfer is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association and the Florida Trial Lawyers Association

Prior to joining The Disparti Law Group, Mike worked for two other prominent Tampa Bay area firms, specializing in personal injury litigation and claims. He experience also includes serving as a prosecutor both on Long Island and in New York City, in such areas as narcotics, Medicaid fraud and DUI offenses. Experience in other areas of law include real estate, matrimonial and family law, criminal defense, social security and labor law.
