Jonathan Anderson

Education

Jonathan received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2002, where he also excelled as a member of the men's basketball team.

He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2005. While attending the University of Kentucky College of Law, Jonathan received the Cali Award for his seminar paper on capital punishment and the 2005 Oexmann Writing Award.

Jonathan is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Areas of Practice

Social Security Disability, Insurance, and civil litigation. Mr. Anderson additionally serves as Of Counsel to the firm's corporate clients where he focuses on the organization of business entities, drafting and negotiating contracts and counseling small and closely held companies in various compliance related issues.

Prior to joining Disparti Law Group, P.A., Jonathan devoted his practice to contractual, transactional and corporate law. Jonathan also has extensive experience with insurance coverage issues, including insurance defense, subrogation, and bad faith, as well as medical malpractice, long term care abuse, products liability, wrongful death and general liability cases.
