Nicole Arfaras Kerr

Education
Graduate of Tarpon Springs High School, St. Petersburg Junior College (now known as St. Petersburg College), and the University of Florida, all with honors. Inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Attended graduate school and law school at the University of Florida on an academic scholarship and simultaneously earned a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Juris Doctor. Completed post-graduate studies in International Human Rights Law in Strasbourg, France.

Prior to joining the Disparti Law Group, Nicole protected the rights of those injured in nursing homes with the state’s premier law firm in the area. She also served as the Executive Director of the public interest law firm providing pro bono representation in the areas of Religious Freedom and Free Speech in state and federal courts all across the United States.
